What you will do

• Collaborate with the CPO to translate product requirements into engineering epics, explaining the what and why.
• Break down epics into prioritized milestones, releases, and increments for the engineering teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for engineering teams to guide them toward expected results.
• Identify and mitigate roadblocks early in the build cycle to ensure teams stay true to commitments.
• Build and optimize a delivery framework to enhance cross-functional collaboration and predictability.
• Define, collect, and present KPIs to illustrate the impact and success of shipped initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working closely with fast-paced technology and product teams.
• Proven experience in portfolio management and delivery governance.
• Strong background in data and business analytics.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven track record of coordinating multi-team, multi-phase projects and managing C-level stakeholders.
• English: Excellent proficiency required
