Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 a year

What you will do

• Prioritize, plan, and report on delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate end-to-end software releases, including feature scheduling, testing, and readiness checks.
• Lead release communications, publishing release notes and coordinating announcements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and UX teams to align delivery with business goals.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and feature reviews to ensure team alignment.
• Remove blockers and proactively manage risks to ensure technical execution.

Requirements

• Experience as a Software Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI technologies to improve delivery outcomes.
