What you will do

• Build and leverage technical relationships with customers at all levels, influencing product improvements.
• Achieve trusted advisor status and capitalize on opportunities to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams supporting customer accounts.
• Work with customer delivery teams for successful cloud application deployments and lifecycle value maximization.
• Coordinate and resolve technical issues as the key liaison.
• Develop customer plans, own escalations, and orchestrate internal experts for guidance.

Requirements

• Excellent stakeholder management and teamwork skills with a professional approach.

• Continuous learning in customer knowledge and evolving technologies.
• Deep knowledge of products, customer applications, business domains, and goals.
• High technical competence in virtualization (ideally VMware) and cloud computing (IaaS/PaaS).
• 3+ years in SDM or TAM role.
