People Partner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues with high judgment and discretion, ensuring legal compliance.
• Implement performance management cycles, feedback culture, and employee development frameworks.
• Equip managers with tools and training to lead teams across all levels, from engineering to the shop floor.
• Champion initiatives that promote employee engagement and high trust while reinforcing accountability.
• Support organizational transitions, including reorgs, leadership changes, and policy rollouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt populations, ideally in manufacturing or engineering.
• U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or eligibility for ITAR authorizations.
• Ability to navigate sensitive conversations with empathy and maturity across all organizational levels.
• Strong discipline in processes and documentation within a compliance-driven environment.
• Ability to flex between tactical support and long-term strategic thinking in a dynamic environment.

• Superb organizational skills with experience triaging priorities in high-volume environments.
