What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to Commercial leadership, aligning people strategies with business priorities.
• Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and capability building to support growth.
• Lead talent management efforts, including succession planning and performance management.
• Coach and develop leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness and team performance.
• Collaborate with Compensation on job leveling and sales incentive alignment.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters and risk assessment.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically in HR Business Partnering.
• Experience supporting Commercial, Sales, or Marketing groups in high-performance environments.
• Strong business and financial acumen to translate strategy into people priorities.
• Expertise in talent management, organizational design, and leadership development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Irvine, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or technology industries.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed or field-based workforces.
• Familiarity with sales compensation and incentive structures.
• HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.
