Salary: $150,000 - $190,000

What you will do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to Commercial leadership, aligning people strategies with business priorities.
- Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and capability building to support growth.
- Lead talent management efforts, including succession planning and performance management.
- Coach and develop leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness and team performance.
- Collaborate with Compensation on job leveling and sales incentive alignment.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters and risk assessment.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically in HR Business Partnering.
- Experience supporting Commercial, Sales, or Marketing groups in high-performance environments.
- Strong business and financial acumen to translate strategy into people priorities.
- Expertise in talent management, organizational design, and leadership development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Irvine, CA.
Nice to have
- Experience in medical device, healthcare, or technology industries.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed or field-based workforces.
- Familiarity with sales compensation and incentive structures.
- HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms like Workday.
