TL;DR

Strategic Partnerships Manager (AI): Leading GCP and Databricks Data and AI Alliances across EMEA to accelerate customer data transformations and integrate into AI roadmaps. Focus on generating partner-sourced ARR, onboarding partner teams, and developing regional execution strategies.

Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom (Remote)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for GCP and Databricks across the EMEA region.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies to drive pipeline generation and maximize closed-won ARR.
  • Onboard partner teams to the joint value proposition via education on product offerings and processes.
  • Manage partner communication through scalable channels including hands-on labs, newsletters, and webinars.
  • Maintain detailed QBR planning and business plans with strong executive alignment.
  • Drive improvements to the overall partner program through feedback to operations and leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Prior experience in AI, analytics, ETL, BI, or open-source software.
  • Knowledge of or prior experience with dbt, GCP, and/or Databricks.
  • Strong sales or partnership experience in building sourcing channels.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to drive business outcomes.
