Head of EMEA Partnerships (AI): Developing and executing the regional partnership strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to accelerate the adoption of hirify.global's products with an accent on strategic deal-making and ecosystem growth. Focus on negotiating complex commercial terms with global technology players and aligning product roadmaps across cross-functional teams.

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in office). Must be based in or be able to relocate to Paris, London, Dublin, or Munich

What you will do

• Own and execute the EMEA partnership strategy to drive product adoption across enterprise, developer, and consumer channels.
• Negotiate and close strategic deals covering commercial terms, product scope, data privacy, and brand marketing.
• Manage senior-level relationships with global technology players, telcos, and regional leaders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, and Policy teams to align roadmaps and execute partnership initiatives.
• Analyze country and sub-region differences within EMEA to inform prioritization and positioning.
• Define success metrics and utilize data-driven judgment to communicate outcomes to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or general management within the technology industry.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact partnerships with major technology partners.
• Deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics and experience operating across multiple regions.
• Ability to engage technical stakeholders and influence product direction and roadmap tradeoffs.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to inform decision-making.
