Salary: Base $189,000 – $227,500 USD per year + commissions

What you will do

• Develop and execute a unified alliance strategy to deepen collaboration with designated technology partners.
• Manage co-build activities in coordination with Product, Tech, and Partner Engineering teams.
• Define and promote the joint value proposition to partners, sales teams, and executive leadership.
• Lead the design and execution of partner enablement and engagement programs to increase partner preference.
• Drive joint marketing, demand-generation, and coordinated co-sales activities.
• Collaborate with regional sales, GSI leaders, and channel alliance managers to ensure execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience in Technology Alliances or an ISV partner sales position.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for partner events (e.g., AWS).
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Strong understanding of the data and AI market.
