What you will do

• Perform real-time troubleshooting within a cleanroom environment to minimize production downtime and optimize output.
• Document disturbances and resolutions to create and enhance Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs).
• Maintain SPC tracking for tooling and products to ensure data-driven process control.
• Manage the Disturbance Review Board (DRB) and Material Review Board (MRB) processes.
• Develop Engineering Test Plans (ETPs), task lists, and Disturbance Orders (DOs) for escalation management.
• Execute quality validations and perform "cherry picks" for specific part evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering with 2+ years of production environment experience.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in the same fields with prior production internship experience.
• Proven experience troubleshooting mechanical or electro-mechanical parts.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom (full gowning required) and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Availability to work the CWW Night 2 shift (Wednesday-Friday, every other Saturday, 6:00pm-6:00am).
