What you will do

• Perform installations, qualification, repair, and maintenance of hirify.global systems at customer sites.
• Analyze technical problems, gather diagnostic information, and execute solutions independently or via escalation.
• Execute repairs and standard service actions using specialized tools and replacing parts.
• Train customers on equipment use and routine maintenance, recommending procedure changes when needed.
• Identify process gaps and report improvement opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
• Coach and provide technical support to less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Professional experience in the technical industry; semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Deep knowledge of product functionality regarding main modules and sub-modules.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hsinchu, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Toeic score of 600+.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
