What you will do
- Perform installations, qualification, repair, and maintenance of systems at customer sites.
- Analyze technical problems, gather diagnostic information, and execute solutions independently or via escalation.
- Execute repairs and standard service actions using specialized tools and replacing parts.
- Train customers on equipment use and routine maintenance, recommending procedure changes when needed.
- Identify process gaps and report improvement opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
- Coach and provide technical support to less experienced engineers.
Requirements
- BSc degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
- Professional experience in the technical industry; semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Deep knowledge of product functionality regarding main modules and sub-modules.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
Nice to have
- Toeic score of 600+.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
