What you will do

• Perform installation, repair, upgrades, and preventive maintenance on Cymer equipment at customer sites.
• Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex equipment problems both remotely and onsite.
• Manage assigned installation equipment bases, providing primary support and forecasting.
• Train customer service and operations staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with technical support resources to resolve advanced system issues.
• Maintain accurate service reports and provide feedback for technical documentation improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 2+ years of experience, or an Associate’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience with optics, laser, or semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of laser and vacuum systems.
• Proficiency in LabView, Computer Networking, and standard office software.
• Ability to meet site access requirements, including background checks and cleanroom protocols.
• Ability to travel via air and auto approximately 20% of the time.
