What you will do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues for battery systems both remotely and on-site.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication, support, and onsite training on system operation.
• Manage third-party contractors to ensure operational excellence.
• Document service activities, maintenance records, and technical reports accurately.
• Ensure strict compliance with industry safety standards, environmental regulations, and service-level agreements.
• Respond to emergency service requests and resolve critical issues under time-sensitive conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in field service, preferably within battery systems, energy storage, or power electronics.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostic tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to travel frequently to customer sites.
