What you will do

• Perform on-site installation, preventative maintenance, and emergency repair visits within the territory.
• Provide remote telephone assistance to customers to resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate and prioritize emergency and preventive maintenance service calls independently.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales personnel and Field Applications Specialists to support clients.
• Manage customer accounts, identify sales leads for upgrades and consumables, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Complete all required service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Must be based in or around Chicago, Illinois.
• Experience with electro-mechanical and automated systems, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Education equivalent to at least an Associates degree or equivalent professional experience in an engineering discipline.
• Ability to travel on short notice and commit to approximately 50% overnight travel.
• Valid Passport for international travel to headquarters in the UK for training.
