Customer Success Associate - German (Hospitality SaaS): Support SMB customers transitioning from onboarding to active product users with an accent on value drivers like Guest Experience, Increasing Revenue, and Efficiency. Focus on Discover-Engage-Adopt methodology, leveraging AI for whitespace analysis, scaled engagements, product adoption, upsell opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration to drive retention and account value.
Flexible, hybrid working options. Work from anywhere for a few weeks each year through Workation policy. Relocation options available after 1 year.

What you will do
- Drive customer success using value drivers: Guest Experience (e.g., journey, payments), Increasing Revenue (e.g., management, space utilization), Efficiency (e.g., automation).
- Execute Discover: Analyze market whitespace for adoption/upsell opportunities, automate customer journeys.
- Execute Engage: Scale one-to-many interactions via journeys, community, webinars, targeted outreach with AI.
- Execute Adopt: Close opportunities for usage, upsell, retention aligned to value drivers.
- Collaborate with onboarding/support teams to prevent churn, act as trusted advisor maximizing product value.
- Guide customers on blockers, communicate needs to product teams cross-functionally.
Requirements
- Experience in cross-functional, customer-facing roles.
- Experience in SaaS and/or hospitality industry.
- Ability to prioritize tasks by value, timeline, interdependencies.
- Creative thinking, analytical skills, quick response in customer interactions.
- Ability to grasp technological and business concepts.
- Fluency in English and German

- Experience using Gainsight, Salesforce, Confluence, Slack.
