What you will do

  • Oversee execution of global sales and channel enablement programs including design, training, content curation, and optimization.
  • Track KPIs and ROI to measure impact on sales productivity.
  • Manage full lifecycle of sales playbook development in collaboration with sales, operations, and product teams.
  • Identify enablement needs and implement tools like Salesforce, Partner Portal, and LMS.
  • Leverage AI tools for personalized content and training; collaborate with marketing and revenue operations.
  • Champion continuous learning and innovative enablement strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years in sales/partner enablement in software/technology industry.
  • Experience designing/delivering enablement programs for global/regional teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proficiency with sales enablement tools (Salesforce, LMS, Partner Portals).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and data analysis skills.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or certifications in sales enablement/instructional design.
  • Experience in manufacturing technology, PLM/CPQ/CAD software.
  • Additional European languages; AI tool experience; strong project management.
