What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to evaluate prospect feasibility, lead design sessions, and map operations for successful implementation.
• Facilitate workshops with complex prospects to identify gaps, define solution paths, and support RFP responses and pilot programs.
• Own scoping documents, business process design, RACI matrices, and fixed-fee service offerings including timelines and project plans.
• Provide scope inputs for SOWs, manage redline reviews, and flag implementation risks like ARR-complexity mismatches.
• Partner on new service offerings, train Sales on PS value, and maintain SCS collateral and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Implementation or Services Sales support, preferably in SaaS
• 7+ years customer-facing experience with enterprise supply chain clients
• Experience assessing data readiness and diagnosing integration gaps in multi-modal supply chains
• Strong analytical skills, agility in fast-paced environments, and cross-functional relationship building
• Deep knowledge of hirify.global Implementation Methodology and product suite

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Computer Science, or related
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level executives
• Proven track record driving enterprise implementations
• Ability to travel up to 40% as needed
