Salary: $76,700 - $118,900

What you will do
- Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products.
- Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration as part of implementation projects.
- Manage support instances and serve as the primary escalation point between clients and partners.
- Consult with clients to analyze operational needs and align solutions with business objectives.
- Track project progress to ensure deadlines are met and stakeholders remain informed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, relationship management, or product management.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, especially for phone-based communication.
- Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Minneapolis office (Hybrid model).
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to 3rd parties, consultants, VARs, and adapter or application providers.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet browsers.
