Salary: $100,000 - $125,000

What you will do

• Deliver white-glove technical support to executive leadership and staff via ticketing, email, and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Administer enterprise MDM platforms including Microsoft Intune and Jamf for device enrollment and security.
• Provision and manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft 365 GCCH.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and technology orientation.
• Support critical meetings via video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams Rooms) and collaboration platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or corporate IT operations.
• 2+ years of experience administering enterprise MDM environments using Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
• U.S. Person status (U.S. Citizen or permanent resident) required.
• Experience supporting video conferencing and AV systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with FedRAMP-authorized cloud environments (Microsoft GCC High, Azure Government, AWS GovCloud).
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-171 or CMMC.
• Jamf 200/300/400 certifications.
• Experience handling CUI or ITAR-restricted systems.
