What you will do
- Cultivate and maintain trust-based relationships with SME clients as their dedicated digital sales advisor.
- Develop and implement proactive renewal strategies and lead contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal technical support and product specialists to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities using data-driven insights and market intelligence.
- Analyze key performance metrics related to client engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Act as a client advocate within the organization to drive referrals and improve internal processes.
Requirements
- Must be located in Nashville, TN, or be willing to relocate.
- 2-3 years of tech sales experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to translate business challenges into viable technical solutions.
- Cannot be residing in the state of Hawaii.
