Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year + commission

What you will do
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in assigned strategic accounts.
- Develop account plans that outline strategies for growth, upsell opportunities, and retention.
- Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide consultative guidance on industry trends and innovative solutions to optimize product use.
- Communicate product updates and new features effectively to clients.
- Align 's software solutions to address unique client business objectives and challenges.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (specifically hiring in select states including Utah).
- 3-5+ years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software).
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven sales results and a track record of success in quota-bearing roles.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Ability to work independently and cultivate high-quality client relationships.
Nice to have
- Experience in the multifamily housing industry.
- Knowledge of property management software.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Multilingual proficiency to cater to diverse clients.
