What you will do

  • Search for new leads across social media, industry events, and general research.
  • Initiate contact via emails, social media, and cold calling.
  • Schedule appointments for qualified leads with product experts for demonstrations.
  • Design and implement effective email campaigns and sales funnels.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales leadership to optimize demand generation.
  • Maintain accurate customer and deal data within HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and handle ambiguity.
  • Collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AmpleMarket, or Apollo.io.
  • Experience in SEO or selling to marketing professionals.
  • Skill in crafting tailored, personalized messages for ABM outreach.
  • Experience using AI engines to analyze campaigns and increase productivity.
  • Background in fast-paced, high-growth startups.
