What you will do
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas.
- Generate and book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Personalize outreach messaging to resonate with B2B tech audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and pipeline strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Experience selling into US and/or UK markets is highly preferred.
