What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas.
  • Generate and book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Personalize outreach messaging to resonate with B2B tech audiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and pipeline strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience selling into US and/or UK markets is highly preferred.
