TL;DR

SDR Growth (AI): Driving outbound lead generation and pipeline growth for a visual AI loss prevention platform with an accent on high-volume prospecting and enterprise account mapping. Focus on executing multi-channel outreach strategies, qualifying high-value retail prospects, and optimizing conversion rates for Account Executives.

Location: Remote (LatAm preferred, UK, Eastern Europe, or elsewhere). Must be available for quarterly travel (4-5 times per year) to the US

What you will do

  • Execute high-velocity outbound prospecting via cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
  • Identify and research target accounts in retail, grocery, and multi-location sectors.
  • Map complex enterprise organizations to reach C-level, VP, and Director stakeholders.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify prospects based on pain points, budget, and authority.
  • Seamlessly transition qualified leads to Account Executives with detailed context.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to help refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development or Outbound Sales (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity metrics and qualified meeting quotas.
  • Comfortable making 60+ cold calls a day and maintaining strict HubSpot CRM hygiene.
  • Availability for quarterly travel (4-5 times per year) to the US for conferences and client engagements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in retail tech, physical security, or loss prevention.
  • Experience targeting the US Grocery or Convenience Store market.
  • Background in a high-growth startup environment.
