What you will do

• Plan and prioritize deliverables and resources across multiple projects collaborating with creative, experience design, strategy, and tech teams.
• Act as the primary focal point for delivery across various workstreams while managing daily project activities.
• Serve as the key client-facing contact to build strong relationships and communicate project statuses.
• Oversee hybrid client/agency teams and manage deliverable requirements, change requests, and risk.
• Establish and communicate project timelines to ensure all products meet their expected launch dates.

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery and design through to technical implementation.
• Proven experience working within established design systems to ensure cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to manage budgets, burn reports, and write Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Strong skills in monitoring project risks and scope creep to proactively identify solutions.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management or KANBAN tools such as Asana, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
