Senior Project Manager (Digital Transformation)

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation and deployment.
• Balance resources, budgets, and time constraints to mitigate risks and pre-empt issues.
• Lead, inspire, and grow a team of project managers and producers.
• Collaborate with Account Management to provide strategic delivery insight for client roadmaps.
• Create integrated timelines across agency and client stakeholder teams.
• Contribute to new business and pitch initiatives to secure a pipeline of work.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or business analysis.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify).
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Significant experience leading and mentoring teams towards success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Agency experience is highly preferred.
