What you will do

  • Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies to drive consistent revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish repeatable business development cadences and lead pipeline generation initiatives.
  • Take a hands-on leadership approach in strategic deals and complex sales conversions.
  • Build long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and strategic partners such as Deloitte, EY, and KPMG.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture focused on delivering measurable business value.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading new business sales teams.
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS, particularly in CRM, BPM, ERP, or no-code platforms.
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and high-value deals for large enterprises.
  • Proficiency in value-based selling methodologies such as MEDDICC or MEDDPICC.
  • Must be based in London to follow the hybrid work model.

  • Experience selling into large financial institutions.
