What you will do
- Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives.
- Execute go-to-market strategies to drive consistent revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Establish repeatable business development cadences and lead pipeline generation initiatives.
- Take a hands-on leadership approach in strategic deals and complex sales conversions.
- Build long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and strategic partners such as Deloitte, EY, and KPMG.
- Foster a customer-centric culture focused on delivering measurable business value.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading new business sales teams.
- Strong background in B2B SaaS, particularly in CRM, BPM, ERP, or no-code platforms.
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and high-value deals for large enterprises.
- Proficiency in value-based selling methodologies such as MEDDICC or MEDDPICC.
- Must be based in London to follow the hybrid work model.
