What you will do
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Birmingham hospitality industry to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and execute effective territory sales plans using market research and insights.
- Conduct high-velocity in-person meetings and tailored presentations to convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including needs analysis, solution design, proposals, contract agreements, and onboarding.
- Maintain precise and current data in Salesforce to streamline reporting and forecasting.
- Drive outbound initiatives and represent the company at industry events to expand the lead pipeline.
Requirements
- Must be based in Birmingham to conduct in-person field activities.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, ideally within technology or the hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry segments and operational needs.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems to manage opportunities.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term partnerships.
