What you will do

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Birmingham hospitality industry to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create and execute effective territory sales plans using market research and insights.
  • Conduct high-velocity in-person meetings and tailored presentations to convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including needs analysis, solution design, proposals, contract agreements, and onboarding.
  • Maintain precise and current data in Salesforce to streamline reporting and forecasting.
  • Drive outbound initiatives and represent the company at industry events to expand the lead pipeline.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Birmingham to conduct in-person field activities.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, ideally within technology or the hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality industry segments and operational needs.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems to manage opportunities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term partnerships.
