What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives managing Soft Brand accounts across Europe.
- Drive performance excellence through goal setting and continuous career development.
- Own strategic account planning and long-term growth roadmaps in partnership with the VP of Enterprise.
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks to preserve high customer satisfaction.
- Act as the regional escalation point for go-to-market teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, and Operations to ensure strategic alignment.
Requirements
- Proven success in SaaS account management, customer success, or enterprise sales, ideally with franchise/multi-property clients.
- People management experience with a coaching mindset and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Experience working in a dynamic, scale-up environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Atlassian, and reporting/analytics tools.
- Must be based in the EU or UK with ability to travel internationally.
