Location: Must be based in the EU or UK with easy access to an international airport for client travel.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives managing Soft Brand accounts across Europe.
  • Drive performance excellence through goal setting and continuous career development.
  • Own strategic account planning and long-term growth roadmaps in partnership with the VP of Enterprise.
  • Monitor account health and proactively address risks to preserve high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the regional escalation point for go-to-market teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, and Operations to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • Proven success in SaaS account management, customer success, or enterprise sales, ideally with franchise/multi-property clients.
  • People management experience with a coaching mindset and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, scale-up environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Atlassian, and reporting/analytics tools.
  • Must be based in the EU or UK with ability to travel internationally.
