Data Analyst (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Act as the main contact point for CRM and marketing data topics, supporting stakeholders end-to-end.
• Perform business analytics, including customer segmentation, forecasting, and campaign evaluation.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and automated reporting structures using Python, R, and Excel.
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations for commercial teams.
• Collaborate with CRM and Commercial teams to ensure transparent communication.
• Contribute to the development of future data infrastructure using Azure, Databricks, and dbt.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Business Analytics, ideally in e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience building reporting structures and data pipelines.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into business impact.
• Ability to act as a reliable and transparent communication partner for stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM or marketing analytics.
• Exposure to Azure or Databricks.
• Background in psychology, biology, or a related analytical field.
• German language skills.
