What you will do

• Own end-to-end DTC performance analytics across traffic, conversion, revenue, and customer behavior, identifying growth drivers.
• Analyze channel impact, attribution, overlaps, and incrementality to enable better budget allocation.
• Support cross-functional analytics for product portfolio, promotions, market expansion, and collaboration with marketing, CRM, and eCommerce teams.
• Provide insights on content and creative performance to optimize strategies.
• Build scalable data infrastructure, reporting frameworks, and AI/automation use cases for self-serve insights.
• Introduce structured playbooks, best practices, and repeatable analysis methods from leading DTC companies.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German
• 5+ years in analytics, data, or performance marketing, ideally in DTC or eCommerce
• Experience with SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Google Analytics or similar tools
• Expertise in attribution, incrementality, channel analysis, and eCommerce metrics (CAC, LTV, retention)
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and hands-on implementation
• Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify (plus)
• Hands-on, pragmatic, performance-driven mindset
