What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to fulfill reporting requests from business stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support business strategy.
• Automate routine reporting processes and maintain existing reports to improve data workflows.
• Design and implement advanced dashboards using Google Looker Studio for self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data analysis and querying large datasets.
• Experience with Google BigQuery.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Excel.
• Ability to translate fuzzy business requirements into technical analytical requirements.
• Based in or able to work in Hamburg, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience in Python.
