What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain core marketing data models to provide fast, data-driven insights.
• Ensure the stability of marketing data pipelines and take ownership of the overall MarTech stack.
• Manage integrations with ad platforms, Airbyte, Zoho CRM, and web analytics tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to automate marketing processes.
• Mentor junior data analysts and engineers to scale the team's impact and reduce the bus factor.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in analytics or data engineering, preferably in high-growth or performance-marketing environments.
• Advanced SQL expertise with BigQuery and dbt or SQL Mesh.
• Proficiency in web analytics and tracking infrastructure (GTM, GA4).
• Deep understanding of growth marketing unit economics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV) and attribution models.
• Fluency in English is required; German is a strong plus.
• Must be based in Germany to work remotely or hybrid.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau.
• Python skills for pipeline automation and data quality checks.
• Experience with Terraform and Google Cloud Platform.
• Background in performance marketing or working embedded within a growth team.
