Salary: €110,000 - €125,000

What you will do

• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports for KPIs such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment, and shipping performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, product, finance) to support supply chain optimization and international expansion.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify operational inefficiencies and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Implement data quality and governance practices in collaboration with US analytics teams.
• Support A/B testing on supply chain and ecommerce flows to improve the post-purchase customer experience.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the international team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or similar).
• 7+ years of experience in data or product analytics, ideally within e-commerce supply chain.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Mixpanel.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Berlin and able to work from the office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Familiarity with Python or R.
• Prior experience specifically in e-commerce and supply chain.
