Business Development Intern

TL;DR

What you will do

• Collaborate with partners to improve lead volume and quality.
• Organize webinars, online sessions, and offline meetings for partner engagement.
• Track partner performance using CRM data and prepare reports.
• Research and support outreach to potential international partners.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline tracking.
• Assist in partner communications, meetings, and event preparation.

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2+/C1); Knowledge of Turkish necessary.
• Comfortable with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and digital tools.
• Proactive, organized, self-motivated with analytical skills and understanding of KPIs.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or part-time experience in sales, partnerships, or marketing.
• Interest in Migration Services, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Luxury Real Estate.
