TL;DR

Business Development Trainee (Sales): Supporting growth strategy, client acquisition, and scalability of employee benefit products with an accent on health insurance solutions. Focus on developing sales materials, managing CRM pipelines, and conducting market analysis to improve commercial efficiency.

Location: Madrid (hybrid model). Must be able to sign a collaboration agreement with a University/School.

What you will do

  • Support the development of sales materials and value propositions for new business and renewals.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to track prospects and clients.
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the decision-making process for insurance policies.
  • Assist in gathering market and competitor insights to inform product positioning.
  • Coordinate the insurance renewal process and documentation for existing clients.
  • Analyze customer pain points to contribute to the product development roadmap.

Requirements

  • Final-year student in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • English: Professional proficiency required.
  • Spanish: Native or professional proficiency required.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Ability to sign a collaboration agreement to carry out internships with a University/School.
  • Minimum internship duration of 6 months with a morning schedule.

  • Previous internships or academic projects involving sales or business development.
