What you will do
- Own and evolve the social media strategy to amplify hirify.global’s brand and thought leadership.
- Create and publish high-performing content, from clever copy to eye-catching videos.
- Build and engage communities of AI builders, innovators, and decision-makers.
- Analyze and optimize performance to drive growth, reach, and meaningful engagement.
- Collaborate across teams from performance marketing to creative to align campaigns and messaging.
- Stay ahead of trends to keep our content fresh, relevant, and culturally tuned-in.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or brand marketing (tech or AI preferred).
- A deep understanding of B2B social strategy and how to make complex tech content inspiring.
- A natural storyteller who blends creativity with data-driven insight.
- Skilled at executive comms, employee advocacy, and community building.
- Passionate about using AI tools for both day-to-day management and creative output.
- Proficient with tools like Figma, Hootsuite or Sprout, and social analytics platforms.
