What you will do

• Own the global developer relations strategy to drive platform adoption via content, community, and education.
• Create a developer content engine, including documentation, code samples, tutorials, and technical blog posts.
• Represent hirify.global at developer conferences, meetups, and hackathons to build industry relationships.
• Act as the bridge between the developer ecosystem and internal Product and AI Platform Engineering teams.
• Launch and scale developer programs, such as ambassador initiatives and open-source collaborations.
• Instrument developer growth by defining KPIs and dashboards to track usage and engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in developer relations, advocacy, or technical marketing.
• Degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience running AI workloads at scale (GPU compute, Kubernetes, model fine-tuning).
• Deeply connected within the AI/ML ecosystem (e.g., NVIDIA, Hugging Face, PyTorch).
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to developer communities across various platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring developer adoption and engagement metrics.
