What you will do

• Execute end-to-end regional events, including industry conferences, hosted events, workshops, and partner activations.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue sourcing, catering, travel, AV, branding, and on-site setup.
• Manage external vendors and agencies, tracking timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, and internal design/content teams to ensure asset delivery.
• Manage event promotion, registration tracking, and attendee communications using CRM and marketing systems.
• Track key event metrics and provide post-event reporting and feedback collection.

Requirements

• ~4 years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, or field marketing (preferably in B2B tech or SaaS).
• Must be based in Europe.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience supporting both in-person and virtual events.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for events across EMEA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
• Interest in AI, cloud, or technology industries.
