What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive calendar of field events, including trade shows, conferences, roadshows, and executive dinners.
• Lead the full event lifecycle: from strategy and logistics to on-site activation and post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify target accounts and coordinate high-value executive networking opportunities.
• Partner with the content team to ensure event messaging and collateral are tailored to the audience and on-brand.
• Track and report event-generated leads, opportunities, and pipeline impact using Salesforce.
• Analyze performance data to iterate and continuously improve the field marketing program based on ROI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in field marketing or event management, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology.
• Must be based near London.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation (Pardot), and event platforms (Swoogo, Eventbrite, Bizzabo).
• Proven track record of executing events that generate measurable pipeline and executive engagement.
• Ability to travel frequently (up to 50%), primarily within the UK and London.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking event performance and calculating ROI.
