What you will do

• Serve as main product point of contact for bank and acquirer tenants, managing relationships, communication, and issue resolution.
• Gather and structure tenant requirements into product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Advocate for tenants internally, influencing prioritization and roadmap based on customer needs.
• Develop platform expertise to support configuration, integration, and optimal usage for tenants and teams.
• Own tenant-facing documentation like user guides, release notes, and feature communications.
• Support pre-sales, onboarding, UAT, and go-live activities with feedback capture.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management, Technical Account Management, or client-facing product roles in B2B SaaS or payments.
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystems, acquiring, EFTPOS, transaction flows, and bank/acquirer/merchant relationships.
• Proven ability to translate client needs into product requirements and technical documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior banking or enterprise clients.
• Strong communication skills to simplify technical concepts.
• Experience with Agile, Jira, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, delivery, and commercial teams.
