What you will do

• Define and execute a clear product vision and prioritized roadmap for the Publisher Tribe.
• Optimize the full publisher lifecycle, from sign-up and discovery to performance management.
• Lead the strategic redesign of product feed infrastructure, including ingestion, normalization, and distribution.
• Develop scalable self-serve capabilities to reduce dependency on managed support.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture, data modeling, and technical trade-offs.
• Translate technical complexity into commercial value and clear outcomes for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering squads in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Strong capability in using data to define KPIs, design experiments, and communicate impact.
• Experience managing complex, technically demanding products with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence and align senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with data-intensive or feed/API-based products.
• Familiarity with e-commerce data infrastructure and data pipelines.
