Product Manager (Fintech)

Plus8Soft is looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Product Manager to join our team on a long-term engagement for a global Fintech leader (Trading/Forex domain). This is an outstaff position where you will be embedded directly into the client’s environment.

The project focuses on the Secure Client Area (SCA)-the core portal handling onboarding, verification, and trading operations. Unlike standard product roles with a single roadmap, this environment involves managing 5-6 independent initiatives simultaneously (e.g., regulatory features, payment logic, country-specific modules). Success here is measured by delivery stability, stakeholder satisfaction, and your ability to navigate corporate bureaucracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution & Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of 5-6 parallel workstreams within the Client Area.
• Agile Leadership: Run daily ceremonies for 2 development teams, ensuring no drops in velocity or quality.
• Requirements Management: Manage 2 Business Analysts to translate complex business/regulatory needs into structured technical requirements.
• Stakeholder Navigation: Act as the primary point of contact for diverse stakeholders, aligning conflicting priorities across designers, compliance, and other product teams.
• Context Switching: Maintain high performance while rapidly shifting between unrelated tasks and independent project initiatives.
• Process Adaptation: Operate effectively despite a lack of formal processes and high dependency on legacy systems.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4-7+ years in Product Management, Product Ops, or Project Delivery.
• Environment: Proven track record in Outstaffing/Outsourcing models. You must understand how to manage client expectations with low formal authority.
• Domain: Experience in Fintech (Trading, Forex, Payments, or Crypto) is a significant advantage.
• Multitasking: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple independent projects simultaneously (not just one product).
• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills; you are assertive, politically aware, and able to "push back" when necessary.
• Technical Intuition: Ability to structure complex flows (diagrams/Lucidchart) and estimate technical effort at a high level.
• Resilience: High comfort level with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and corporate complexity.
