Senior Product Manager, Payments (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Payments/Fintech): Own the infrastructure powering fiat, crypto, and stablecoin flows through the platform with an accent on payment rails, ledger management, settlement, and compliance. Focus on designing end-to-end payment flows, partner integrations, and scaling for high-volume transactions and global expansion.

Location: Fully remote (any location), strongly preferred timezone +/- 3 hours of EST (US).

What you will do

• Own roadmap, strategy, and execution for Money Movement across payment rails, partners, and expansion.
• Design end-to-end payment flows including API contracts, ledger impacts, settlement, reconciliation, and exceptions.
• Collaborate with banking partners, PSPs, engineering, ops, compliance, and risk teams.
• Write technical specs, API docs, and analyze transaction data for decisions.
• Improve reconciliation, automate exceptions, and ensure BSA/AML compliance and fraud protection.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Product Management.
• Strong background building API-based products.
• Strong understanding of ACH network.
• Experience developing product strategies and communicating to executives.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with engineering.
• Excellent communication, Jira, SQL, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto or stablecoin products.
• Prior software/sales engineering role.
• Building consumer-facing fintech apps.
• Fast-paced startup experience.
