What you will do

• Manage full product lifecycle: requirements definition, success criteria, implementation, and launch.
• Own product initiatives, prioritize features, issues, and bug fixes.
• Act as Product Owner in Agile teams: manage backlog, sprint planning, user stories.
• Collaborate with business, product, and tech stakeholders to design solutions.
• Define KPIs and success metrics, align with business objectives.
• Lead prototyping, testing, validation; coordinate with PMs and scrum masters for delivery.

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering high-value products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong product strategy, roadmapping, requirements management, and execution skills.
• Technical acumen, financial literacy, project management, and leadership.
• Ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in data-driven, experiment-led product environments.
