What you will do

  • Build and execute quarterly plans for the payments squad, owning KPIs and OKRs.
  • Prioritise feature backlog based on business impact and manage blockers.
  • Manage full product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
  • Partner with Finance on payment vendor strategy to improve ROI and reduce costs.
  • Handle operational excellence, leadership updates, and cross-functional risks.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data standards using customer research.

Requirements

  • Payments domain expertise, ideally in multi-service or subscription environments.
  • Proven experience in full product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
  • Technical skills in writing specifications and user acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to manage vendor strategy and high-level relationships.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, data, and security standards.
  • Experience facilitating agile ceremonies like backlog refinement and planning.
  • Commercial acumen for roadmaps and agile iteration.
