What you will do

• Own end-to-end commercial launch activities, including pre-launch planning and on-market support
• Drive adoption and utilization by partnering with Sales and Marketing teams
• Lead development of sales training content, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides
• Monitor competitive landscape, clinical trends, and synthesize insights for strategic positioning
• Contribute to long-term vision, roadmap, and future product concepts for methylation-based platform
• Serve as liaison across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred
• Minimum 7+ years experience in product management, commercialization, marketing, or consulting
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading commercial product launches
• Experience in oncology, diagnostics, or LDTs strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations, modeling, and insights
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and influencing skills
