What you will do

• Act as the local delivery lead in Mexico, coordinating between clients and internal delivery teams.
• Collaborate with the Sofia and Mexico teams, including Project Managers, BAs, and technical specialists.
• Plan and execute core insurance platform implementation activities to ensure strong execution.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers in collaboration with global leadership.
• Facilitate requirements clarification and manage client expectations to ensure solution alignment.
• Provide regular delivery updates, progress insights, and risk assessments to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Implementation Manager in software delivery.
• Hands-on experience implementing core insurance platforms or large-scale insurance software solutions.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes (policy administration, underwriting, billing, claims).
• Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills.
• Experience managing distributed teams and collaborating across offshore/nearshore locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with policy administration systems or core insurance transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or insurance platform modernization projects.
• Experience supporting data migration and legacy modernization initiatives.
