What you will do

• Manage a team of high-performance consultants, overseeing workflow, professional development, and performance evaluations.
• Lead a portfolio of analytics engagements from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
• Develop and integrate agentic AI processes to scale internal workflows and customer engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management.
• Monitor project progress and proactively implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics).
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics with a proven track record of client delivery.
• Prior experience with people management.
• Strong project management and communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and AI fluency.

Nice to have

• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment within healthcare.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and GDPR.
