Senior UX Researcher

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives, including foundational, evaluative, and strategic studies across product, brand, and marketing.
• Conduct mixed-methods research to uncover user behaviors, pain points, workflows, and motivations in technical environments.
• Synthesize insights from multiple studies into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Partner with Product Design, Product Management, Brand, and Marketing teams to frame research and ensure outcomes.
• Communicate findings persuasively to technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
• Mentor peers and elevate research practices across teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX Research across product and marketing/brand domains
• Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Experience with enterprise software, developer tools, or technical products highly desirable
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with evidence-based decisions
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience in fast-paced, globally distributed remote environments
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple research streams
