TL;DR

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives, including foundational, evaluative, and strategic studies across product, brand, and marketing.
- Conduct mixed-methods research to uncover user behaviors, pain points, workflows, and motivations in technical environments.
- Synthesize insights from multiple studies into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Partner with Product Design, Product Management, Brand, and Marketing teams to frame research and ensure outcomes.
- Communicate findings persuasively to technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
- Mentor peers and elevate research practices across teams.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in UX Research across product and marketing/brand domains
- Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Experience with enterprise software, developer tools, or technical products highly desirable
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with evidence-based decisions
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience in fast-paced, globally distributed remote environments
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple research streams
