TL;DR
Senior UX Researcher (Incogni): Conducting evaluative and exploratory research across desktop and mobile privacy-tech products with an accent on user journeys, pain points, and alignment with real user needs. Hybrid: office encouraged with up to 2 remote days per week; WFA policy allows work from almost anywhere in the world. Salary tied to Lithuanian or Polish markets.
Gross salary: 4600–5700 EUR/month (Lithuania), 18000–22900 PLN/month (Poland).

What you will do
- Conduct evaluative and exploratory research across desktop and mobile products.
- Own full research process: define goals, choose methods, run sessions, synthesize insights, report findings.
- Establish and improve UX research practices, procedures, templates, and documentation.
- Gather user feedback via interviews, usability tests, and sessions to ensure usability and alignment with needs.
- Map user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, design, development teams to turn insights into improvements.
Requirements
- Experience owning full research work from start to finish.
- Comfort creating and improving processes in an emerging practice.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder presentation skills.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative/quantitative data into clear insights.
- Proactive mindset to build UX research foundations.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in remote user testing and interviews.
- Experience in visual design testing.
- Combining qualitative findings with quantitative data.
- Track record creating research templates or operations practices.
- Experience as first UX researcher in a product organization.
